Mick - Production Manager

"As Production Manager it is my resposibility to ensure we have a highly focused team who are equipped to cope with the demands and expectations of all our customers.

I've been in manufacturing for over 30 years and I know from experience that happy customers are, in part, the result of a focused and motivated workforce.

I feel proud to work with the team that I do at Roberts Mart. They're highly professional and skilled. There's nothing we can't tackle when we get our heads together."

Technical

Andrzej - Technical Manager

"We strive to be the best at what we do at Roberts Mart.

We're constantly looking for more innovative ways of working and we love a challenge.

When we're trialing a print process for a brand new style of packaging for example we'll work really closely with the customer from start to finish, questionning conventional thinking and making it the best it can be.

It's a team effort and tremendously rewarding when it finally goes into production."

Customer Services

Claire - Customer Services Manager

"I have a lot of experience in the print industry as do our other Account Managers.

When a customer picks up the phone to us they are talking to people with a considerable amount of knowledge. We can usually help them immediately.

I think this is one of our strengths as a company. There's nothing worse than taking the time and trouble to call a company only to be passed around."

Reprographics / Studio

Studio Manager

"It's my job to ensure artwork has a smooth transition from the account manager to repro to plate.

Personal job satisfaction for me is when I can spot an opportunity to save our customers money.

For example, if their artwork is going to make for an inefficient print run for example, I'll tell them in advance so we can adjust it.

They are in safe hands, there's not much gets past us."

Warehousing and Stock Control

Andrew - Distribution Manager

"The key to good distribution is to deliver as timely and as cost effectively as we can. It takes a lot of careful planning.

I've been in logistics for over 20 years, including the army, so I run a tight ship. I know our customers appreciate that. Sometimes just 1kg over can result in a large price increase so we do whatever we can to avoid this.

We're also very mindful of our carbon footprint. It's important to me personally too and I always bear this mind when planning deliveries."
